This is my second newsletter in English.
I created this space for bilingual immigrants who want to learn about investing, wealth creation, and what building a company actually looks like.
Here’s what I’ve been working on lately.
1) Maria: the next step
These days, I’m continuing conversations with early beta users of Maria: my AI copilot designed to help immigrants and small business owners navigate documents, processes, and systems in the U.S.
My focus right now is simple:
build in phases, test with real users, and improve what actually creates clarity and confidence.
I’m learning fast; not from theory,
but from real people using (and challenging) the product.
2) Real estate: capital discipline
On the personal side, I recently invested in two more rental units.
For me, real estate is one of the clearest ways to turn income into long-term wealth and to keep money working instead of sitting.

how the deal happened, what I evaluated, and why I believe it’s money well invested.
3) A meaningful milestone
I’m also honored to share that I’ve been invited to speak to entrepreneurship students
at Kent State University this February.
It will be a 45-minute presentation plus Q&A about my journey
as an immigrant, entrepreneur, and founder in the United States.
I’m grateful, and yes, a little nervous
but it’s a reminder that building in public can open doors you never expect.
