Hi!
I hope you’re doing well! Today I want to share something a little more personal with you: part of the reason behind why I do what I do, and why building financial stability has become such an important part of my journey.
When I moved to the United States, I knew I wanted to build something more stable for myself and my family. But as an immigrant woman, and later as a mom, that desire became even more personal.
I did not want to depend only on one source of income. I did not want to feel limited by my circumstances. And I did not want my future to depend only on what I was earning at the moment.
That is one of the reasons I started investing in real estate. Not because I had everything figured out, not because I knew all the answers, and definitely not because it felt easy at the beginning.

I started because I wanted to build long-term stability, make smarter financial decisions, and create more options for my family. Along the way, I learned that real estate is so much more than buying properties…
It is about education, strategy, understanding your numbers, your operations, your systems, and your next move. But it is also about the environment you place yourself in.
Because when you are surrounded by women who are also investing, building, asking better questions, and taking action, your perspective changes.
You stop feeling like you have to figure everything out alone. You start seeing new possibilities. You start thinking more strategically.
And you start understanding that building wealth becomes more powerful when you are in the right rooms.
That is why I want to personally invite you to InvestHER CON 2026, a real estate conference created for women who want to invest in real estate, grow their portfolios, and build wealth with more clarity, strategy, and community.
This is not just another real estate conference. At InvestHER CON, women take center stage. Every speaker brings real-world experience and shares clear, actionable steps you can apply to grow your portfolio, your business, and yourself as a leader.
And one of the reasons this conference feels so meaningful is because one of the co-hosts, Andresa Guidelli, is also an immigrant. She came from Brazil and understands many of the challenges immigrant women face while trying to build financial stability and create opportunities in the United States.
She got her first credit card at 26 years old and discovered real estate investing later in life, which makes her story especially relatable for women who may feel like they are starting later, learning as they go, or building without having all the answers from the beginning.
During this three-day conference, you’ll learn about topics like cash flow, systems, operations, portfolio growth, leadership, and practical strategies to help you move forward as an investor.
But beyond the content, you’ll also be in a room full of women who are taking action in real estate. Women who are thinking bigger, building wealth with intention, and understand that you do not have to grow alone.
InvestHER CON 2026 will take place June 14–16, 2026, in Scottsdale, Arizona.
If you have been wanting to grow in real estate, become a stronger investor, and surround yourself with women who are serious about building wealth, this is a room worth being in.

I hope to see more women from this community in rooms like this.
With love,
